We are working diligently to expand to more regions. If your country is not listed above, we are unable to process shipping at this time, but hope to shortly.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Multiple Shipments

Because our collections are sourced from a variety of trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners, items purchased together may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

House Orangerie is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@houseorangerie.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help investigate the issue whenever possible.

While we strive to assist our customers, House Orangerie cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are delayed due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and preparing orders for shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@houseorangerie.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of all packaging materials

Failure to provide photographs or timely notice may affect our ability to process a damage claim.

Please retain all original packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

House Orangerie does not control or collect these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
