Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, an item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@houseorangerie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
- The wrong item was received
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise determined by House Orangerie.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and fulfilling orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of:The itemThe shipping boxThe shipping labelAny visible damage
Please retain all original packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Used or altered products
- Products returned without original packaging
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing has begun.
Because many of our items are sourced through trusted fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order has entered processing.
If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Natural Variations
Many House Orangerie products feature handcrafted details, natural materials, vintage-inspired finishes, artisanal techniques, and unique characteristics.
As a result, slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, and appearance may occur.
These variations are considered part of each item's individual character and are not considered defects or grounds for return.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help investigate the issue whenever possible.
While we strive to assist our customers, House Orangerie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
